SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we accept online orders domestically and internationally.  To ensure the secure delivery of your order, MIAVTECH LLC ships with FedEx, DHL, or UPS.  

 DHL will text/email you about the delivery.  Most DHL deliveries will require signatures due to the high value product. However, if you do not include your phone number/email, we will use the release signature option on your behalf for them to leave at the door.  DHL will make two more attempts for delivery for a signature without a release signature option.

We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Multiple items ordered under a single  order may not always ship together.   

Products are processed between 2-7 business days and arrives within 5-21 days depending on your location.  The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product has shipped and is in transit. 

International Shipping - Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY

 

MIAVTECH offers hassle-free returns for any items due to defect or incorrect product. All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be able to return the item for a refund. 

To return an item, simple contact us for return instructions at miavtech@gmail.com. Once your returned item has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process                depending on your bank or payment provider. 

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds        to be placed back on your credit card or your account

BUYER PROTECTION PLAN

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period and applies to the Shipping Policy. You can get a refund 21 days after the claim process is complete. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence
