What is your shipping policy?

We accept both domestic and international orders. To ensure secure and timely delivery, we ship with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Our goal is to deliver your order as safely and quickly as possible.

DHL Deliveries: DHL will notify you via text or email about your delivery. Most deliveries will require a signature due to the high-value nature of our products. If you do not provide your contact information, we will use the release signature option on your behalf, allowing them to leave the package at your door.

If the release signature option is not used, DHL will attempt delivery twice more. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are usually shipped within 2-7 business days. Depending on your location, products generally arrive within 5-21 days. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional charges that may apply in your country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping.


What is your return policy?

At MiavTech, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns for items that are defective or if the wrong product was shipped. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at miavtech@gmail.com and we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it complies with our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing: Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. After we issue the refund, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account or credit card statement.

Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.


What is the Buyer Protection Plan?

MiavTech provides a Buyer Protection Plan to ensure your shopping experience is secure and satisfactory. This plan is designed to protect you in the event that:

  • The item you received is not as described.
  • The item is not delivered within the stated Buyer Protection period.

With the Buyer Protection Plan, you are entitled to a refund if either of the above conditions is met. The protection lasts for up to 21 days after the claim process is completed.

Important: This protection is in addition to and does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to see real-time updates on the status of your package.

If you have any issues tracking your order or if you haven't received the tracking email, please contact our support team at miavtech@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world! However, international customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and fees that may be charged upon arrival. These charges are separate from the product cost and shipping fees, and they are determined by the customs regulations in your country.

To get an estimate of additional costs, please check with your local customs office or shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs processing.


Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure quick shipping. Therefore, once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it. However, if you realize there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at miavtech@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
